Heartland Meadows is a family owned and operated retreat centre situated on 80 acres of undulating hills in Chatsworth, Queensland, just north of the Sunshine Coast and 2 hours from Brisbane. Our family, staff and specialist professionals work with love and passion to create a healing and relaxing space of harmony, relaxation, and connection. We aim to equip our guests with tools for health, wellness, resilience, calm and mindfulness in the modern world. We offer individualised programs within each retreat to help our guests begin or continue their journey towards optimal wellness.
Our retreats are designed to elevate all aspects of wellness; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.
Unwind in the heated magnesium pool, detox in the infra-red sauna, relax in the library or gardens, or attend all or some of the guided offerings – the choice is yours. We individually tailor a program for each guest, with many opportunities for alone time and for connecting with others. Some of our offerings include meditation, massage, art classes, gentle yoga, mantras, somatic movement, drumming circles, bush walks, dolphin feeding and sound healings. Each retreat program is designed to assist our guests to relax, restore and rejuvenate. Daily seminars, art explorations, meditation and workshops are an integral part of the Heartland Meadows experience, providing opportunities for self-discovery and reflection. And there’s a lot of fun and laughter in an environment of love and acceptance.

Our retreats are kept small, generally up to 12 people, to cater for all the needs and wants of our guests. Further, we aim to make our retreats available to all who desire to attend, by keeping costs as low as possible.
